Our mission is to connect skilled talent from Mainland China with opportunities in Hong Kong under various labour importation schemes. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our cross-border expansion.

Key Responsibilities

- **Office Setup and Management**
 - Establish and manage offices in Hong Kong and China.
 - Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.

- **Strategic Planning**
 - Develop and implement strategies for recruiting and importing talent under:
   - **行業輸入勞工計劃 (Industry-Specific Labor Importation Scheme):** Focuses on specific industries that need labour.
   - **補充勞工優化計劃 (Supplementary Labor Scheme):** Allows employers to import labour when suitable local workers aren't available.
   - **輸入內地人才計劃 (Mainland Talent Importation Scheme):** Targets the importation of skilled mainland talent.
 - Build partnerships with Mainland Chinese labour agencies.

- **Operational Leadership**
 - Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure seamless communication between both offices.
 - Coordinate with legal and financial advisors to ensure compliance.

- **Business Development**
 - Identify new business opportunities and drive growth in both regions.
 - Develop relationships with key stakeholders and government bodies.

- **Team Building and Management**
 - Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team.
 - Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in HR operations, preferably in a cross-border context.
- In-depth knowledge of Hong Kong and Mainland China labour laws and importation schemes.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to travel frequently between Hong Kong and China.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
