Key Responsibilities:

• Assist users in understanding, adopting, and activating our e-Wallet business
• Assist in operations team for account opening operation
• Assist in Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) procedures during customer onboarding. This includes conducting Company Searches and data entry tasks.
• Participate in CDD activities as assigned by the supervisor.
• Handle exceptions related to Company Search Data.
• Perform other administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Part Time Internship requires minimum 2 working days per week
• University student or graduate with a strong academic record.
• Excellent command of English and/or Chinese (both written and spoken).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Interest in and understanding of digital solutions, eWallets, and financial technology is a plus.
