Responsibilities:

• Perform trade matching & arrange trade settlement for managed funds/accounts
• Coordinate trade instruction for managed funds/accounts with custodians
• Prepare and review daily valuation report, perform reconciliations follow up with discrepancies
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to resolve daily operation issues
• Perform account opening, client KYC and AML process
• Comply with internal workflows, procedures, and relevant SFC regulatory requirements
• Assist the investment team to prepare ad hoc reports for operational purposes
• Process fund subscriptions and redemptions
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder or above in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related disciplines, Holder of equivalent CPA Qualification is preferred;
• Minimum 2 years working experience in asset management;
• Operation experience about SFC authorized fund and unit trust is preferred;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Experience in Bloomberg and Wind, Proficient in MS office;
• Excellent interpersonal and communicative skills;
• A good team player, self-motivated, detail-oriented
