Senior Project Coordinator - Construction

A prominent contractor is looking for skilled Project Coordinators to assist with our sustainable design and construction/A&A projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to innovation in the sustainable industry.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Manager in tracking project progress to ensure compliance with quality standards, schedules, and budget limits.
• Prepare essential documentation such as tenders, feasibility studies, method statements, and shop drawings.
• Conduct regular assessments of site operations, work performance, and craftsmanship as directed by the Project Manager.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and the Housing Authority to ensure project alignment.
• Complete ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Architecture, Building Services, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 year of experience in construction projects is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD and BIM is a significant advantage.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experienced will be considered as Project Coordinator
