• Higher Diploma in Building Services / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Holder of Registration Certificate of Electrical Worker (Grade A or above)
• Minimum 5 years' in building maintenance of shopping arcade or commercial building
• Lead the technical team to carry out routine and preventive maintenance
• Candidates with less experience and / or lower academic qualification will be considered for the post of Assistant Maintenance Officer
