Key Responsibilities

• Support the Bank in compliance with regulatory requirements through robust credit risk assessment processes;
• Conduct in-depth retail credit application processing flow analysis to cope with the bank Fintech strategy and increase team productivity;
• Process re-engineering on interim or long term solution to streamline the credit application processing end to end workflow;
• Develop & maintain various credit processing team performance dashboard;
• Conduct fraud trend analysis and monitoring report on detecting suspicious fraud credit applications and provide insight on fraud prevention;
• Provide assistance for deployment of strategies and controls in various approval systems;
• Provide regular reports to team head on overall turnaround time & identity key improvement areas;
• Conduct document verification on credit applications in accordance with the Bank’s credit policies and guidelines as well as in compliance with the requirements of the local regulatory;
• Coordinate and arrange administrative tasks and to ensure the deliverability.
   

 Requirements

• Degree or above in Business, Risk Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science or relevant disciplines;
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in banking / financial industry, preferable involved in processing re-engineering;
• Proficiency in database software such as SAS, VBA, Tableau, MS-Access, Excel;
• Strong analytical mindset and problem solving skills;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
