Alexis Services are currently partners with a Virtual Bank who are currently looking to find strong customer service representatives to grow their team. 

Role Overview 

• Responsible for handling inbound calls, emails and live chat regarding customer enquiries.
• Handle customer compliances, issues and problems and provide solutions.
• Participate in various projects for new processes, services development and system enhancements.
• Handle any general questions from customers.

Ideal Profile 

• Over 2 years' experience within customer service, client servicing, or in a contact center. 
• Strong in spoken and written English and Cantonese.
• Open to candidates from Insurance, Banking and Telecom etc.
