The IT Solutions Specialist will join our client's APAC team and provide tier 2 IT support covering desktop, application, trading, and infrastructure.

Description
- Respond to IT support requests escalated from tier 1 helpdesk and provide quick and effective assistance.
- Listen attentively to customers' questions and concerns and offer optimal solutions by walking them step-by-step through troubleshooting and configuration processes.
- guiding them through systems troubleshooting and configuration.
- Represent the company with professionalism by prioritising customer satisfaction in all communications, directing unresolved issues to tier 3 teams.
- Ensure follow-up with customers to ensure satisfactory service.
- Inform and educate customers about IT products and services which improves workflow more efficient.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in an information technology discipline.
- Any additional information technology certifications are advantageous.
- 5+ years' professional experience and demonstrated success working with customers in an IT support role.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of breaking down technological processes and deliver clear step-by-step instructions.
- Passion for technology and eager to stay on top of the latest technology trends.
- Patient, friendly demeanour with a great aptitude for listening and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Team-oriented mindset with an openness to constructive feedback
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
