We are looking for a Project Manager to join our client's fast-growing team.

Responsibilities:

• The project manager assists the project owner to oversee the implementation of the project from start to finish, with accountability of project completion on time, withing budget and attain project targeted results. 
• Reporting directly to the project owner, this role necessitates substantial expertise in project management, strategic planning, leadership, and stakeholder management.  
• The project manager will lead the end-to-end project plan and orchestrate project workstreams with different business units and functions for on time project results attainment. 
• This manager initiates and leads change throughout the organization by formulating the required engagement plan and tools.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience of at least 1-2 large scale digital transformation projects for organization size of over 800 staff in the recent 5 years.
• 7 - 10 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional digital transformation projects in a corporate environment.
• Experienced on leading solution design to deliver programs or projects in the following domains with proven track record of meeting projects results, including on time and within budget: digital marketing, eCommerce, customer facing technology initiatives.
• Proficient mastery on project management, change management and solid practitioner experience of related analysis and project management tools.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Effective on building robust relationship with diverse background of people. 
• Ability to think strategically, identify risks, and make data-driven decisions.
