Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure transmission projects execution from planning to implementation.
• Monitor and track project progress, ensure the smooth delivery of transmission projects, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of transmission projects, including project plans, technical specifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing transmission projects, including permits application, cable installation and operations.
• Strong technical knowledge of transmission network, including SDH/OTN/DWDM equipment, fiber cable types, deployment methods, and associated testing equipment.
• Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to transmission network.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
