Responsibilities

• Ensure all mise-en-place for all relevant menus are ready on time
• Ensure product knowledge is up-to-date and communicate with relevant parties as needed
• Assist the Sous Chef to monitor food cost
• Keep track of food order and stock movement, and ensure stock security

Requirements

• Relevant experience, preferably in hotel or private club or stand-alone restaurant
• Ability to communicate in English
