Job Title: Senior System Engineer

Candidates with less experience may be considered for the System Engineer position.

Responsibilities

• Implement internal and/or client servers, server software, and network equipment, including VMware virtualization solutions.
• Manage setup, installation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and fine-tuning of system components.
• Oversee container management and orchestration.
• Develop and maintain coding and scripts, utilizing tools such as Python and Bash.
• Implement and manage system monitoring configurations and procedures, including backup and restore components.
• Conduct system tests and user acceptance testing.
• Compile reports and update manuals and related documentation.

Requirements

• University graduate in Information Technology or a related discipline is preferred.
• Minimum six years of experience in installation, configuration, and support of Linux and/or Windows servers and/or Private/Public cloud platforms.
• Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
