Our client is a renowned Real Estate Developer based in Hong Kong, providing market leading packages and employee benefits to hire Senior Accountants focused on account payables, experience in Construction or Project is preferred. 
 

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable transactions, ensuring compliance for projects and business units, and review purchase agreements for adherence.
• Manage vendor data and credit terms in line with IFRS and company policies, support audits, and collaborate on Procurement-To-Pay process enhancements.
• Supervise accounts payable team, maintain best practices knowledge, and provide training.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related field, with a preference for CPA certification.
• Minimum 10 years of accounting experience, particularly in construction or project accounting.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, detail-oriented, and proficient in SAP S/4 HANA, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in P2P implementation and fluent in English and Chinese, immediate availability is a plus.
