Job Description:

• Collaborate with the delivery team to develop and communicate solutions
• Translate customer requirements into high-level designs 
• Collect customer requirements and identify their pain points
• Articulate the value of our solutions to customers, establishing yourself as their trusted advisor 
• Lead technical discussions, prepare proposals, and conduct presentations to prospective customers
• Foster collaboration between project delivery teams
• Stay updated on new technologies, drive innovation, and think outside the box
• Develop new skills with a flexible career path and training subsidy support

Job Requirements:
 

• Hold a university degree or higher, preferably in IT / Computer Science or a related discipline
• Possess at least 5 years of working experience in infrastructure, cloud, data, network & security 
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities and a result-oriented approach 
• Possess excellent written and spoken English with exceptional presentation skills
