Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients, internal parties and vendors to plan, formulate, and execute advertising campaigns
• Preparing cost estimates and invoices, and assisting with productions
• Responsible for day-to-day project administration in an accurate and timely manner
• Perform the ad hoc tasks when assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above, University graduate in Marketing, Advertising or related disciplines is an advantage
• Presentable with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and positive attitude
• High attention to details
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadline and handle multi-tasks
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Social media management and data analytic, Digital Marketing, PR or event management experience is an asset
• Immediate availability is preferred
