Description

• Supervise all financial operations, encompassing statutory accounting, management reporting, budgeting, analysis, planning, forecasting, and financial activities of the operation
• Establish a robust cash flow projection process and reporting framework, incorporating a minimum cash reserve to fulfill operational requirements.
• Manage relationships with financial institutions, investors, auditors, and other key financial stakeholders.
• Evaluate, enhance, and implement internal control systems and procedures.
• Offer strategic financial guidance and support for ongoing M&A transactions.
• Develop and prepare projection models for assessing new clients and business opportunities; contribute to annual budget planning, company compensation and bonus schemes, benefit decisions, insurance selections, sales forecasts, expense and staffing projections, capital expenditures, and strategic planning.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects as delegated.

Profile

• Hold a degree in accounting or finance with professional accounting accreditation.
• Demonstrate a track record as a Financial Manager
• Possess a minimum of 7 years of work experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
• Experience in manufacturing industry is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a background in collaborating with executive teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive, adaptable, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin languages.
