Already with an international presence in Europe, the US and in Asia Pacific, they are continuing to enter new markets organically and through M&A.  As a result they are looking for a strategically minded CFO to work as a key business partner to the CEO and help maximise opportunities and profitability for the group.

Reporting directly to the Group CEO, this is a key leadership position to work with the senior management team and help drive further growth and expansion across the business.  You will initially review and assess the existing finance function, upgrade the infrastructure and strengthen the skills and calibre of the team.  In addition, you will bring best practices to the firm, make improvements across existing processes and bring best practices to the firm.  You will also be an instrumental driver for all strategic initiatives, looking at potential M&A,  new markets and product lines expansion.  This is a critical all round finance position, responsible for the budgeting, forecasting, tax and treasury for the business.  You will also manage all financing matters, relationships with the bankers and all other stakeholders and third party professionals.  

Qualifications:

• ACA/CPA or equivalent professional qualification with minimum of 12-15 years experience with a Big 4 audit firm followed by commercial experience in a progressive and stable environment
• Previous experience with an international brand name in  financial services, private equity, insurance or professional services firms will be essential
• Proven experience for driving change in a dynamic and innovative environment is essential
• Technically strong accounting and finance knowledge is a pre-requisite, as is the ability to work strategically to drive growth and maximise profitability
• Strong interpersonal skills to work across multiple cultures and jurisdictions, and have the executive gravitas to work effectively with the Board/Senior Management team to win buy-in and influence key strategic decisions.  You will have plenty of previous stakeholder management experience
• A good eye for detail, a passion for the business and a high level of energy is also necessary
• Experience of private equity or taking a business through an IPO process will be an advantage
