Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily system operation and maintenance, including routine inspection on servers, operating systems, middleware, etc. Ensure stable operation of systems and networks.
• Responsible for server network setup, maintenance & optimization. Network security monitoring, system and network performance management and optimization.
• Participate in the construction, operation, and monitoring of company infrastructure to ensure the normal operation of various business systems.
• Actively collaborate with the second-line operations team, provide operational technical support, and suggest optimizations from an operational perspective.
• Responsible for troubleshooting network, system faults and difficult problems, submit summary reports for faults and issues regularly.
• Responsible for network monitoring and emergency response to ensure the normal operation of the network system.
• Handle work order processing for applications and systems.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in network and system operation and maintenance. Experience in payment or finance related website operation and maintenance is preferred.
• Proficiency in Linux system operations, familiar with network and hardware fundamentals, and able to apply them flexibly in practical projects.
• Proficiency in at least 2 middleware products such as Apache, Nginx, Tomcat, WebLogic, including configuration and maintenance with practical experience.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and automated operation and maintenance.
• Familiarity with mainstream network and security equipment selection and maintenance, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless routers.
• Strong communication skills, and self-motivated with positive working attitude
• Familiarity with network attack prevention such as DOS and DDOS.
• Familiarity with VPN service setup and management.
• Understanding of cloud computing software-defined and SDN (Software-Defined Networking).
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
