The job:
 

• Coordinate daily repair and maintenance tasks across various store locations and satellite kitchen
• Supervise contractors and verify their work completion, ensuring that workmanship, materials, specifications and quality strictly adhere to company requirements
• Communicate and collaborate with both internal and external entities to solve technical problems affecting store operations
• Ensure that every aspect of our repair and maintenance work is in full compliance with all relevant regulations and ordinances pertaining to store facilities

What you will need:
 

• Diploma in building services engineering/facilities management/relevant discipline; solid experience in repair and maintenance is also considerable
• 3-4 years’ relevant experience; experience in Food & Beverage is highly preferred
• Willing to communicate, positive, proactive and self-disciplined
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer
