DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that every call is attended to and greeted politely in a professional manner.
• Maintain an awareness of guest profiles through hotel PMS.
• Deal with any complaints, take action where appropriate and communicate this to Service Call Centre Manager and Director of Front Office.
• Any other relevant projects and duties as assigned by superior.

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & PERSONAL QUALITIES

• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management.
• With relevant working experiences in the hotel industry is preferred.
• Pleasant and service-oriented.
• Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English, Mandarin, and Cantonese are essential.
• Able to work independently and on shift duty is required.

• 流利的英語、普通話和廣東話是必不可少的。
• 能夠獨立工作，需要輪班值班。
