Our client is the principal investment and holding group of a state-owned Chinese bank, they are looking for a Manager / Sr. Manager / VP in Treasury to join their Finance department, details as follow:

Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall treasury function of the holding group, covering cash & liquidity management, bond programe issuance & on-going management, banking facilities management, and build-up and maintain group treasury system
• Rolling forecast of cash flow and analysis of liquidity position
• Handling day-to-day fund transactions, including loan management, capital injection, cash pooling, deposit placement, fund transfers, and intra-group loans
• Regularly reporting the financial position to management
• Lead bond issuance projects and assist in obtaining credit rating
• Updating medium-term note (MTN) programme, panda bond programme, and related issuance and announcement matters
• Maintaining relationships with various banks, assisting in handling bank credit matters, and reviewing relevant credit documents
• Handling other tasks assigned by superiors
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in accounting or a related field.
• Over 5 years of relevant work experience in treasury or accounting roles.
• CPA, CFA, or FRM certification is preferred.
• Proficiency in using various office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
