Responsibility

• Work in collaboration with HRBP to create a motivating, supportive and productive work environment for all levels
• Promote employee engagement, build understanding & communication from employees, create responsive and harmonious working environment
• Develop and execute internal communications initiatives
• Prepare HR KPI report and perform data analysis to assist in business decision
• Coordinate local employee engagement programs

Requirement:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Business related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ working experience in the Human Resources area, preferably with event management experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ambitious and a positive attitude
• Good command of both spoken and written English
