Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Lead the team overseeing the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions of the company.
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives, encompassing talent acquisition, employee development and retention, compensation and benefits, performance and reward management, and other HR issues, to drive organizational success.
- Establish and regularly review HR policies, procedures, and workflow to align with the needs of different departments and business units, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Provide expert advice and collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their human capital requirements and develop tailored HR strategies to support their goals and objectives.
- Drive the formulation and continuous review of administration procedures and policies to streamline office operations, optimizing overall company efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead the Admin team in completing special admin projects, such as office renovations and alterations for the company and its subsidiary, liaise with landlords, property agents and vendors, design house, arrange staff relocations, etc.
- Direct the Admin team in organizing various key corporate events, including board meetings, the annual general meeting (AGM), luncheons and dinners for VIPs, employees’ well-being and team-building activities, etc.
- Handle ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by top management when required.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in full spectrum HR & Admin management experience, preferably gained in sizable PRC company.
- Proven track record to demonstrate leadership and people management skills.
- Strong personal presence and credibility, excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
- Solution-oriented, with the ability to build relationships across cross-functional teams with diverse skill sets and experience levels.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
