Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform receptionist general duties including greeting visitors, incoming calls mailing, courier,  and assist in organizing company activities
• Handle inventory control and front desk cashier tasks.
• Assist with exhibition event tasks.
• Handle all platform online orders and manage after-sales service
• Handle and follow up the inquiries and complaints and report to the manager/directors
• Maintain effective communication with clients to achieve customer excellence
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the manager/directors

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• At least 1 year of working experience in Customer Services
• Good telephone manner, self-motivated, cheerful with positive attitude
• Pro-active and patient in addressing customer needs, concerns & complaints
• Proficient in computer skills such as MS Word and Excel
• Good command of English and Cantonese
• Immediate Available is highly preferred
