How You Will Do It:

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and selection, performance management, remunerations, C&B, manpower planning and employee relations
• Applying project management skills to lead all aspects of project lifecycle for HR initiatives to drive business outcomes
• Formulate, review, enhance human resources policies and procedures to comply with the business requirements and market situations
• Provide strategic and professional advice to senior management on HR related issues
• Perform ad-hoc task as assigned
   

What we look for:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in Human Resources fields, preferably in retail industry in which 5 years must be at supervisory level
• Well versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance, Employees Compensation Ordinance and other HR related legislation
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Mature, independent, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
• Proficiency in MS office and Chinese Word Processing
• Applicants with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Manager
• Immediate availability is preferred
