Our client “⁠Hong Kong China Life Saving Society" is seeking a Program Assistant to join their company!  

What you’ll be doing? 

• Organize and execute the programs approved by the Executive Committee of NSA;
• Undertake administrative and clerical duties;
• Provide secretarial support to the office-bearers and executives of NSA;
• Irregular working hours (including Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday)

Who are they looking for? 

• Post-secondary qualification (with Sports / Recreation as one of the subjects is an advantage); or
• Grade E / Level 2 or above in 5 subjects including English (Syllabus B) and Chinese in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination or Level 2 or above in 5 subjects including English and Chinese in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or equivalent;
• A minimum of 1 years’ working experience; 
• Good PC Knowledge (e.g. Chinese Word Input, MS Office, etc.);
• Good in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
