Responsibilities:

• Formulate, develop and execute effective sales and services to penetrate insurers and brokers, aiming to achieve revenues and market share growth.
• Participate in business planning and development to explore new market and business opportunities with key and new business partners
• Strengthen and maintain good relationship with business partners to drive long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the sector
• Contribute to overall channel development growth and synergize with intra-group resources to boost market penetration
• Liaise with internal departments on day-to-day issues to ensure our high level of services standard
• Adhere to all relevant processes and procedures of the compliance policy and internal controls

Requirements:

• Degree or above with at least 5 years of sales experience relating to channel distribution
• Relevant experience in life insurance or IFA is preferred
• Understand insurance marketing environment
• Strong sales orientation, with self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
• Experience in project management, and stakeholder management
• Experience in data analysis and reporting
• Be a good team player to share sales best practice and market intelligence
