Job Description
**Six-day working week, alternate Saturday-off
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for roster arrangement, payroll management and handling employer's return, attendance records, leave records, medical claims, updating personnel data, etc. (It changes a lot every month, many people leave or join)
- Perform filing system, include maintain hard copy documents & electronic filing (large amounts of files)
- Provide administrative / clerical support to the project staff
- Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above;
- MS Excel, Word and Chinese word processing;
- Able to work independent and under pressure;
- Sense of responsibility, honest, be punctual and willing to learn;
- Immediate available is highly preferred
