Job Description

**Six-day working week, alternate Saturday-off


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for roster arrangement, payroll management and handling employer's return, attendance records, leave records, medical claims, updating personnel data, etc. (It changes a lot every month, many people leave or join)
  • Perform filing system, include maintain hard copy documents & electronic filing (large amounts of files)
  • Provide administrative / clerical support to the project staff 
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above;
  • MS Excel, Word and Chinese word processing;
  • Able to work independent and under pressure;
  • Sense of responsibility, honest, be punctual and willing to learn;
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
