Job Description

We are looking for a Human Resource Specialist to join our dynamic team and support the company's talent strategy.

The main responsibilities include:

1) Assist in talent recruitment, screening resumes, arranging interviews, etc.

2) Participate in the formulation and implementation of employee training and development programmes.

3) Responsible for employee's salary accounting, welfare management and other affairs.

4) Handle employee relations and solve daily personnel problems.

5） Assist in statistics and analysis of HR related data.

Job Requirements

1) College degree or above, HRM related majors preferred.

2) At least 1-2 years of HR work experience.

3) Familiar with various processes and regulations and policies of human resource management.

4) Good communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit.

5）Skilled in the use of office software, with a certain degree of data processing skills.
