Our client “⁠Hong Kong Kool Car Limited" is seeking a Parts Advisor to join their company!  

What you’ll be doing? 

• Assist Service Advisors or customers in selecting the right vehicle parts. 
• Manage inventory for timely availability of parts. 
• Coordinate with suppliers for quality parts procurement. 
• Identify and locate vehicle parts using catalogs and systems. 
• Provide technical support for parts compatibility and troubleshooting.

Who are they looking for? 

• DSE/HKCEE or above. 
• Vehicle parts knowledge. 
• Basic vehicle systems understanding. 
• Inventory management skills. 
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry. 
• Strong proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. 
• Holder of a valid driving license (Class 1 and 2).

Working Hour: 

• 5 day work week
