Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for different departments and different regions within the company, including but not limited to drafting job advertisements, screening resume, interviewing candidates, making offer, onboarding and training.
• Formulate and implement the talent acquisition strategies to attract and acquire suitable candidates to meet the hiring needs
• Collaborate with management and develop HR strategies for the company including talent development and manpower planning
• Source potential candidates in different regions through various online channels (such as LinkedIn)
• Stay up-to-date with best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies
• Analyse recruitment data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and make data-driven decisions
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in talent acquisition or recruitment from sizable organizations
• Experience working in recruitment firm is desirable
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter account for active sourcing
• Proficient in MS software and Chinese word processing
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediate available is preferable
