We are currently seeking high-caliber candidates to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform repair and service work on assigned vehicles.
• Carry out diagnostics to identify problems and provide solutions.
• Support the team in technical matters and problem-solving.
• Identify additional service requirements and document them accordingly.
• Explain repairs and provide estimates to the Customer Service team.
• Ensure all work is carried out to the highest quality standards and take responsibility for assigned jobs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 為團隊提供技術支援及解決問題。
• 確認額外的服務要求並作出記錄。
• 向客戶服務團隊解釋維修情況並提供估算。
• 確保所有工作均按照最高品質標準進行，並對分配的工作負責。
• 按照要求執行額外的工作。

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
• Good problem-solving and vehicle diagnostic skills
• Sound knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
• Proficiency with MS office applications preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Cantonese is a must
• Initiative; can-do attitude; able to work under pressure
• Possess valid driving license class 1,2 is an advantage
• Working location: Kwun Tong/ North Point
• Experience working on multiple brands is a plus

• 良好解難能力及汽車問題診斷技巧
• 豐富的車輛維修知識
• 具有不同汽車品牌的相關工作經驗優先
• 具有基本電腦操作知識
• 良好的粵語、英語及中文書寫
• 有責任心及良好工作態度
• 工作地點：觀塘 / 北角
• 持有香港駕駛執照 (1, 2號) 可獲優先考慮
