Description

• Provide all-rounded HR support to the HR operation
• Provide admin support to the department
• Point of contact for HR queries
• Handle confidential and sensitive documents such as personal details
• Prepare and organise paper works including employee files and new hire paperwork
• Support other HR function including payroll admin, report servicing and recruitment logistics

Profile

• Degree holder with 1+ years HR experience
• Proficient in MS office including Excel (Vlookup, Pivot table etc), Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English
• Self motivated, willing to learn and good interpersonal skills
• Understand SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
• Fresh graduated will be consider (HR related major + HR internship/part-time)
