HR and Administrative Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR and Administrative Manager to oversee our human resources functions and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent organizational skills, and experience in handling work visa arrangements and transfers. This role is crucial for fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Management
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
Administrative Management
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure efficient office operations.
- Manage office supplies, facilities maintenance, and vendor relationships.
- Develop and maintain administrative policies and procedures.
Work Visa Management
- Coordinate and manage work visa applications and transfers for international employees.
- Liaise with government agencies and immigration consultants to ensure compliance with immigration laws.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding work visa processes and documentation.
Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare regular reports on HR metrics and administrative operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management and administration.
- Proven experience in handling work visa arrangements and processes.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
