AVP / VP – Private Equity sector TMT 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and structure a variety of post-investment transactions, independently facilitate both internal and external processes to deliver best results in required timeline. 
• Handle post-investment issues including routine reports, corporate governance, synergy creation, portfolio valuation, exit strategy formulation and execution, etc.
• Evaluate new investment opportunities both qualitatively and quantitatively, conduct throughout industry and company analysis, work with external consultants or investment banks on due diligence issues.
• Assist in fund raising and investor relation management.
• Ad-hoc organizational assignments, including coordination with head quarter and regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

• Degree Holder / Master Degree, Engineering plus finance degree from top-tier schools with good academic performance highly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in reputable companies in VC/PE, IBD or transaction advisory. 
• Must Private Equity exp in TMT Sector 
• Independent deal closing capability is a must, while experiences in AI or semiconductor industry are preferred.
• Familiar with core legal terms in equity investment and limited partnership fund.
• State-of-art Chinese report writing abilities with financial modelling fundamentals.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; humble and diligent, able to adapt to market-oriented Chinese SOE culture.
• Native mandarin required.
