What you’ll be doing:

Responsible for construction and fitting – out contract administration for renovation projects of existing / new airport Lounges, Hotels, F&B outlets and relevant services in Hong Kong and other countries. Manage on Pre and Post Contract duties to overall project completion.

  • Assisting for pre and post-contract quantity surveying duties including preparation of cost estimates, procurement and tendering, tender evaluation, cashflow forecast, contract administration, variation, final account, etc.
  • Assisting in cost review during initiation, planning and execution phase of construction and renovation projects of existing / new airport Lounges, Hotels, F&B outlets and relevant services in Hong Kong and other countries;
  • Work closely with the Project Team for overall QS works; Liaise and coordinate with consultants and contractors, etc.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget;
  • Manage the taking off from drawings and pricing for cost estimates, tender documents, etc.
  • Attend meetings and site inspections when required
  • Directly report to the Associate Director
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned

About you:

  • Degree/Higher Diploma in QS or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years post-graduation experience in quantity surveying practice, particularly tender documentation, contract management, estimation, interim payment, cost planning and control, preferably with Fit-out experience in renovation projects.
  • Good understanding and knowledge of pre and post contract quantity surveying professional practices.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Hands-on experience in general computer application.
  • Good understanding of current construction industry and market.
  • Good team player with mature and positive working attitude
  • Willing to travel abroad
