Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
• Oversee the creation of high-impact marketing campaigns, both online and offline, including digital marketing, content creation, and event marketing.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness.
• Manage social media platforms, SEO/SEM strategies, and online advertising to maximize outreach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
• Lead the development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and partners for media and public relations.
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• At least 4-6 years of marketing experience.
• Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns and driving brand growth.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, trends, and platforms (Google Ads, social media, etc.).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.
• Experience in budget management and cost optimization.
