We are a Company with operations in Hong Kong, the United States, Singapore and Mainland China.

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Chairman. 
• Work at corporate office in Hong Kong and lead the local finance teams in Hong Kong and overseas.
• Oversee accounting and financial operations, internal control and compliance, group reporting, tax compliance and banking operations in worldwide projects. 
• Partner with all levels of the business to deliver financial analysis and support to assist in strategic decision-making.
• Oversee the family trust and coordinate with the trustee.
• Oversee the BVI companies’ filings and reporting.
• Lead and coordinate multi-functional and cross regions ad hoc projects.
• Engage with external professional parties, such as auditors, lawyers, tax advisors and property agents, etc. 

Requirements:

• Certified public accountant, and bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in an all-rounded accounting function. 
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin), and capable of collaborating with international teams.
• Good business acumen and the ability to connect analytics with business decisions.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing.
• Stable working history, and willing to stay with the company in long-term.
• Experience working in the family office with a diverse role would be an advantage.
• Occasional travel is required.
• Immediately available is an advantage.
