Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Order Processing Specialist at Raja Fashions in Kowloon. The Order Processing Specialist will be responsible for handling purchase orders, sales order processing, order management, and communication related to orders on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Order Processing, and Order Management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a similar role in the fashion industry is a plus
• Proficiency in using order processing systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English and Cantonese or Mandarin

Responsibilities:

• Input Order details into system
• Order and Source Fabrics
• Communicate with Tailors about garment specifications
• Communicate with Clients and ensure satisfaction
• Communicate with Vendors
• Quality Control - cross check garment fabrics, specifications and measurements
• Pack and Ship out Garments to clients
• Assist with Translation
