Responsibilities:

• Directly reporting to the Director – Internal Audit, you will lead a dedicated team to execute comprehensive internal audit programs, including operational and IT audits
• Working closely with management teams and employees, offering actionable recommendations to enhance business and operational processes, corporate governance, risk management, and internal controls of the Group
• Offer practical solutions for enhancing processes and collaborate with Business Units to develop and implement effective action plans
• Handle the planning, execution, and management of audit assignments, ensuring compliance with quality standards and performance expectations
• Utilize data analysis in audit work to identify areas for improvement and operational excellence
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline
• A qualified Accountant possessing professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, CISM, CRISC, or CISSP
• Minimum 10 years solid experience in external and/or internal audit, candidates with diversified business experiences will have an advantage
• Demonstrated expertise in operational and IT audits, with relevant experience in Property Management, Hotel, and Food and Beverage Businesses
• A strategic thinker with the ability to innovate and deliver value-adding internal audit services at the operational level
• Confident, able to work autonomously, and have pronounced skills in critical analysis and problem-solving
• Effective communication and negotiation skills, building and maintaining collaborative relationships across the Group
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
