Project Assistant II
The Centre for University and School Partnership (CUSP) was established in 1998 to strengthen co-operation with local secondary schools, primary schools, and kindergartens to promote whole-person education and quality education. It has now partnered with more than 2,000 secondary schools, primary schools, early childhood institutions and special education schools. The forward-looking team of CUSP is now recruiting Project Assistant II to assist in its operations. 

The appointee will be responsible for (a) providing support to school development and research projects; (b) arranging meetings, preparing documents, and taking minutes; (c) collecting, processing and analysing research data; (d) assisting in report preparation; (e) liaising with various schools/ departments/ units; and (f) performing other duties as assigned. 

Applicants should have (i) Grade E/Level 2 or above in at least 5 subjects in HKCEE, including Chinese and English (Syllabus B); OR any combination of results in at least 5 HKDSE subjects (including Level 2 or above in Chinese and English): Level 2 or above in NSS subjects, “Attained” or above in ApL subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects), and Grade E or above in Other Language subjects; (ii) a Bachelor’s degree in education-related disciplines; (iii) fast and accurate English and Chinese word-processing skill; (iv) a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (fluency in Putonghua will be advantageous); (v) competence in computer applications (e.g. MS Office, PowerPoint and Excel); (vi) good interpersonal skills; (vii) self-motivation; and (viii) the ability to work independently and under pressure. Experience in planning and leading student activities is preferred.

Appointment will initially be made on a 1-year contract, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
