We provide centralized back-office support. We offer a wide range of support, including accounting, statutory accounting and tax, and tailored financial reporting for various industries.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily operation accounting and month-end closing for various clients;
• Prepare financial statements, monthly management reports, financial budgeting, forecast, and cashflow projection;
• Handle external audit, tax filing and prepare supporting schedules;
• Ensure all accounting activities comply with statutory requirement and reinforce company policies and procedures;
• Assist in preparing consolidation reports and management presentation material;
• Support ERP implementation;
• Handle ad-hoc assignment as required.

Requirements:

• High Diploma in Accounting / Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent;
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience;
• Security Firm, Construction background, coach service provider or property management background preferred;
• Proficient in MS Office applications;
• Financial Analyst background will be added advantage;
• Detail oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Well organized and capable of prioritizing workload;
• Self-motivated and independent, able to multi-task and work under pressure;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant;
• Immediate availability is also preferred.
