This individual will be working for a large-scale, user-centered and market leading digital transformation project in an international and Agile environment. This project starts with HRIS and provides great exposure for individuals to work in end-to-end project. Responsibilities: (BA)

• Perform business analysis and support business initiatives and project or related issues
• Collect, analyze and document business needs and requirements in Business Requirement Specifications
• Refine requirement from global Production manager and write document to global IT team
• Join the workshop 
• Execute UAT to support project roll-out
• Communicate with different stakeholders, BUs, vendors, developer 

Requirements:

• 5 years or above experience in Business Analyst/Project Manager
• Understand Business requirement and documentation 
• Experience in stakeholder/vendor management 
• End-to-end HRIS systems Experience 
• Good communication skills and good team player
