Job Descriptions:

• Lead the CRM team to ensure perfect execution at all level
• Design, build, and implement CRM system and tools
• CRM initiatives results analysis, including customer value growth, retention and loyalty
• To set the KPIs & monitor the CRM performance on all areas
• To work close with System vendors for the system development & enhancement
• Develop and maintain documentation regarding CRM systems configuration, application workflow, and business rules
• To coordinate promotion and daily operation activities
• To perform training as needed
• To ensure best communication and timely update on website
• To handle customer enquiries and complaint

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
• At least 5-7 years' solid experience with CRM processes and tools, preferably in retail industry for both HK & PRC market
• Self-motivated and a creative problem solver
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong team building and leadership skills with the ability to work with colleagues at all levels 
• Strong statistical & analytical capabilities is highly preferable
• A good team player, self-motivated and able to meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English 
• Proficient computer application skills, e.g. MS applications, Chinese word processing.
• Immediate available is an advantage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior CRM Officer
