Job Responsibilities

• As an Assistant Building Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Building Services Coordinator in various tasks including site supervision, project coordination, budget control and project tendering
• Responsible for coordination
• Assist Building Services Coordinator in handling site supervision tasks ensuring all works are carried out according to plan 
• Coordinate effectively with different trades of contractors to ensure smooth project execution 

Job Requirements

• Diploma above in Building Services, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Fire Engineering or equivalent discipline 
• At least 1 year relevant working experience in BS installation works 
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Cantonese as native language or fluent is preferred
