Responsibilities

• Handle clients request and instruction directly, including trade processing and inquiries on operational issues
• Collect and prepare documentations for account opening, KYC and risk profile of the clients
• Keeping clients profiles and documentation complete, accurate and up-to-date
• Ensuring new regulatory/internal policies are implemented and rolled up properly
• Alert Relationship Manager and/ or respective parties should special actions be required
• Maintain systems and controls to ensure the Bank comply with rules and regulations in accordance with SFC Code of Conduct and HKMA guidelines
• Provide other administrative support as required

 Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in client service, operations or sales support  
• HKSI Licensing Examination Papers 1,7 and 8 or equivalent
• Experience and knowledge of wealth management or private banking investment products will be highly preferred
• Ability to work under pressure and high problem -solving skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
