To support the Group’s continuous development, we are looking for high caliber talent who is enthusiastic in system support and development to join our strong & fast-growing IT team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall in-house (Corporate Office) and branch sites (Treatment Centres & Retail Shops) technical support and maintenance of the network, computer, printer accessories etc.
• Inventory update and control
• Handle end-users IT-related queries and problems
• Work closely with multiple vendors
• On-call for emergency support to critical fault cases
• Handle other duties as assigned 

Requirements

• Degree Holder or High Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years' experience in implementing and administering network infrastructure including Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Wireless, and monitoring tools
• Familiarity with Windows / Linux (Redhat, CentOS & Ubuntu) Platforms
• IT certification holder such as MCSE or CCNA equivalent is preferable
• Good communication skills
• Fluent spoken in both English & Cantonese
