Key Responsibilities

• UI Design (60%):
  • Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve design and functionality.
• Graphic Design (30%):
  • Develop visually engaging graphics for digital and print media, including websites, social media, email campaigns, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Create and maintain design assets such as icons, logos, and branding materials.
  • Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and media.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends and best practices.
• Branding and Identity (10%):
  • Uphold and enhance the company’s brand identity through all design work.
  • Develop and maintain design guidelines and templates for consistent branding.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Fresh Graduates Welcome: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Design Experience:
  • Experience as a UI & Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing UI design and graphic design work.
  • Solid understanding of user-centred design principles, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and functional designs.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
• Self-Motivated and Eager to Learn: If you have a passion for continuous learning and personal growth and are eager to master your design skills, you’ll thrive on our team.
• Detail-Oriented: Logical, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Communication Skills: Fluency in Cantonese and proficient English communication skills are essential.
• Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively to meet deadlines
• Commitment to Excellence: We seek ambitious individuals who are prepared to go the extra mile to deliver outstanding results. While we don’t believe in unnecessary “face time”—staying late just to appear busy—we do value dedication when it matters. Most of the time, you’ll work a standard 9-6 day, but there will be occasions when staying later is necessary to ensure we deliver an excellent job.
• Teamwork and Initiative: We value a proactive and versatile team player who is dedicated to their craft but also understands the importance of collaboration. While your primary focus will be on UI design, there may be occasional opportunities to support the team with tasks related to platform and business growth, such as light data-related challenges like cleansing and mapping. These tasks are infrequent but vital to the overall success of the team, and your willingness to contribute when needed will make a significant impact.
