Project Co-ordinator II
The appointee will be responsible for (a) providing support for school leadership and professional development programmes; (b) engaging in human resources, financial management, and other administrative tasks; (c) co-ordinating between concerned parties; (d) managing websites and learning management systems (e.g. Blackboard); and (e) performing other tasks as assigned. Occasional irregular working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, may be required.
Applicants should have (i) a recognised Bachelor’s degree; (ii) at least 3 years’ post-qualification relevant work experience; (iii) an excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua); (iv) strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and IT skills; (v) a strong sense of responsibility, a proactive work attitude, and self-motivation; and (vi) the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; and (vii) the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Appointment will initially be made on a 1-year contract, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
