We are a newly established fund management house aiming to manage the securities and futures portfolios with quantitative method. Our main shareholder is the controlling shareholder of Zhanhong Investment Co.,Ltd, the leading private fund with the AUM more than 10 billion RMB in Mainland China.

We are now hiring the outstanding candidates to join our management team.The main responsibilities of the position include but not limited to:

- To act as Responsible Officer of the Licensed Corporation

- To oversee the overall operation of Regulated Activities Type 4 and 9

- To develop, execute and monitor the company's business model, objectives and strategies and ensure a sound corporate culture and ethics within the Company

- To manage a team to perform the day-to-day front, middle and back office duties

- To explore potential business opportunities in investment advisory and asset management business.

- To formulate and update operation procedures and supervise all staff to ensure full regulatory compliance

- To provide trainings to staff members whenever necessary

- To perform daily operation functions for investment funds and discretionary accounts

- To formulate strategies and manage trading for the investment portfolios

- To work closely with service providers

- To communicate with SFC regarding any operational and compliance issues
